In this phase, we'll take the time to get to know each other and determine if we're a good fit. We’ll dive deep into your vision and learn more about your goals. We’ll also discuss your budget in relation to your vision, explore potential options, and explain how our financing and payment processes work. Additionally, we’ll go over the project timeline, clarify your role, and outline what you can expect from us. Our approach will be transparent, ensuring you walk away with clear guidance—not only about who we are but also about how projects like yours typically unfold.

At AGO Builds, we believe that successful projects begin with exceptional planning. During the project development phase, we dedicate ourselves to fully understanding your vision and aligning it with realistic timelines and budgets. Our team works closely with architects, designers, engineers, and homeowners to create a detailed roadmap, covering plan reviews, scope, design, schedule, and cost estimates. This proactive approach helps minimize unexpected issues, secure necessary permits, and ensures every detail meets your expectations.

Once the project development phase is complete, we transition to the construction kick-off phase where we will enter into a formal construction agreement. Once the construction agreement is signed, we will obtain permits and make preparations for work to begin on site. Your dedicated project manager will begin to orchestrate all job-start activities and prepare our team of craftspeople and trusted trade partners to ensure that project expectations are initiated.

During the construction phase, AGO Builds brings your vision to life with expert craftsmanship, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Our team oversees every detail, from sourcing materials to coordinating trades, ensuring that each phase flows smoothly. We collaborate closely with you, providing regular updates and walkthroughs so you stay informed and engaged throughout the process. Our construction approach is crafted to deliver an experience as personalized as the final product.

As we near the completion of construction, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that our standards have been upheld throughout the project. A final review meeting will be held with you to address any operational questions related to appliances, heating and cooling systems, or any other aspects of the home. We’ll also perform a meticulous final cleanup, both within the project space and anywhere on the property we've worked. Additionally, we’ll provide you with all appliance manuals and the keys to your new home.
